The Art of the Modular Component


Each of the 38 modular pieces is handcrafted at the Spiral Cellars workshop in the UK. Designed to tessellate with absolute precision, these components allow for endless customisation, ensuring your cellar fits the exact proportions of your home.

  • Optimised Capacity: Our standard bins are designed for versatility. A single bin can comfortably house 12 bottles of Champagne (such as Dom Pérignon) or up to 18 standard Bordeaux bottles in a laydown configuration.
  • Vertical Display: For those looking to showcase a premium spirits collection or create a retail-style aesthetic, bins can be configured for standing storage.
  • Illuminating Detail: Enhance the architectural lines of your collection with optional integrated LED lighting, adding a brilliant, sophisticated glow to your display.

We installed our White Spiral Cellar late in 2012. I went through a long process of weighing up wine storage options and, in the end, the Spiral Cellar came out on top. In summary we decided on the Spiral Cellar because it would not take up any extra room (it would indeed create some more space), I preferred ground temperature storage rather than refrigerated conditions which are associated with the potential for mechanical failure as well as constant low level vibration, and also because we knew that it would look stunning!
